Almenara was born in Badalona, city bathed by the Maresme coast´s sun and the warm waters of the Mediterranean sea.
From the hand of the guitarist Cristian Costa, with the complicity of the guitar of Sergio Goméz and the violinist Lluna Aragó, a new musical project is born with a clear target: to be able to transmit a solid and personal message.

“ACORDÁNDONOS” is a recital that walks through the different stages of flamenco. One can find there traditional stuctures but without forgeting the personal touch of the group. From the compositions of the guitarist Cristian Costa and with the know-how of each of the components, the group culminates in a climax of unity and complicity.
Almenara wants to remember the great masters and the possibilities of traditional flamenco, which are many and inexhaustible.
